These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By using our site or engaging with us, you agree to the following:

1. Services Provided

We offer marketing-related services including:

Paid Ads Management (Meta, Google)

Cold Email Campaign Setup

Website and Landing Page Design

CRM and AI Automation Setup

Services are provided on a project, commission, or retainer basis and are subject to a separate agreement.

2. No Guarantees

While we aim to improve lead generation and marketing ROI, we make no guarantees about performance, revenue increase, or results.

All marketing involves risk.

3. Intellectual Property

All content created for you (ads, pages, SOPs) does not become yours after payment. You will be able to use it as long as our agreement is in place. All content on our site is owned by Summit Strategic Group and cannot be copied without permission.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payment is due according to your signed proposal or agreement. We do not offer refunds once services have begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Late payments may result in paused services and applicable late fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide access, assets, and timely communication needed to deliver services. Failure to do so may delay or impact results, for which we are not liable.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Loss of data, revenue, or business due to your use of our services

Mistakes caused by incorrect client inputs or delays

Third-party software failures (e.g. Google Ads, CRM tools)

Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion. You may cancel services by giving a 30 day written notice. Cancellation will be subject to a transfer fee. Payments already made are non-refundable.
