We Audited Senske Services' Ad Account andBuilt Them New Ads in One Day

WHAT A REAL AD ACCOUNT AUDIT ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

Most home service companies have no idea what's inside their Meta ad account. They set up a campaign at some point, throw some money at it, and hope for the best. Then they wonder why the leads dry up or why the cost per lead keeps climbing.

This is day 5 of a series where we audit real home service ad accounts and build new ads on camera. Today we looked at Senske Services. Here is exactly what happened and what we found.

WHAT WAS ALREADY RUNNING

When we pulled up the Senske Services ad account, they had been running ads since April 6th. The main thing they were running was one free lawn care treatment offer. That is a solid offer for the lawn care space. Free treatments are a proven way to get homeowners in the door and then upsell into recurring service.

But running one offer with one set of creatives is a problem. When a single creative gets fatigued, your whole account suffers. You have no backup, no A/B test data, and no way to know if a different image or angle would perform better. One offer, one creative, one point of failure.

WHAT WE BUILT FOR THEM

We used AI to generate new ad images for Senske on the spot. The new ads came out clean and professional. They were exactly the kind of creative that works well for a home service brand running lead generation campaigns.

The goal with every new creative set is the same: give the algorithm more to work with. Meta needs signals. When you give it multiple creatives, it learns faster which image, which headline, and which angle resonates with your target homeowner. More creative variety equals better data equals lower cost per lead over time.

After the new images were generated, we put together an email with all of them attached and sent it over to the Senske team. That is the deliverable. Real ads, ready to upload, sent the same day.

WHY HOME SERVICE COMPANIES STAY STUCK

Here is the pattern we see constantly. A home service company launches ads, gets some early results, and then watches performance slowly decay. They do not know why. Usually the answer is creative fatigue.

Facebook and Instagram are visual platforms. When the same image shows up in someone's feed three, four, five times, they stop seeing it. The algorithm notices the drop in engagement and starts charging you more to show the ad. Your cost per lead goes up. Your leads go down. You assume ads do not work.

They do work. You just need to refresh what you are showing people.

THE BLUEPRINT FOR GOING FROM ZERO TO $3K A MONTH

After running through the Senske audit, this is a good moment to zoom out and talk about what it actually takes to build a Meta ads system from scratch for a home service company.

We put together a step-by-step guide that walks through the whole setup: account structure, offer creation, targeting, creative production, and how to scale to spending $3,000 a month profitably. It is not a vague overview. It is the exact blueprint we follow when we launch a new account.

If you are a home service company that wants to start running Meta ads or you want to overhaul what is already running, this is the starting point. Comment "blueprint" on any of our videos and we will send it over, or book a call below and we can walk through your account directly.
